Sound Mind Health is proud to partner with Connecting the Dots, LLC, a trusted mental health provider serving individuals and families across Maryland. Through this partnership, we offer psychiatric evaluations to CTD clients of all ages—helping to inform accurate diagnoses and guide effective, person-centered treatment planning.
Connecting the Dots delivers a full spectrum of services, including in-home support, individual therapy for children and adults, group therapy for school-aged youth, psychiatric rehabilitation, and virtual intensive outpatient programs. Their commitment to accessible, community-based care aligns with our mission to make psychiatric support timely, thorough, and collaborative.
